Mission Statement
Our mission is to maintain our position as the choice provider of Downhole Tool Insurance for operators, contractors, and agents. We provide prompt and knowledgeable service, competitive pricing with the highest level of integrity.
Mike Webb
The President of Transpac Managers has been in the insurance industry since 1971. For the past 30 years, Mike has focused on designing and developing insurance programs for directional and horizontal operators and contractors in the oil and gas industry including creating the Downhole Tool Insurance Program in 1991.
Chris Webb
The Vice President of Transpac Managers has decades of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Transpac, he worked at a large financial service company as Senior System Analyst. Chris has been working at Transpac since 2006, and his responsibilities include underwriting, marketing, and product development.
Shelley Ard
Our Program Manager has been in the insurance industry since 1984, specializing in oil and gas. Prior to joining Transpac, she was a Control of Well and General Liability/Umbrella underwriter. Her responsibilities include underwriting and account services.
Martha Hathaway
Our Comptroller has been an accountant since 1980 and with Transpac since 2007. She is responsible for all aspects of Transpac's financial reporting.
