Rolland C Bates III (Chip), our owner and Managing Director, has been developing and deploying custom risk management strategies for business owners and senior management of America’s largest corporations for more than 25 years. Deployment of these custom strategies often utilizes a blending of traditional insurance risk transfer, risk financing methodologies and alternative risk transfer (ART).
Most risk management program strategies revolve around their operational risk however organizations have business sales transactions that require or could be greatly enhanced by custom insurance products delivered during the transaction. Chip has designed and developed Transactional Related Insurance Programs (TRIP) that have dramatically impacted the client’s core business efforts.
Richard M Webb (Mike), our director of underwriting at Transpac Managers has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mike continues to fashion novel and ground-breaking insurance programs.
For the past 20 years, Mike has focused on designing and developing insurance programs for directional and horizontal operators and contractors in the oil and gas industry including creating the Directional Drilling Tools Program (DDTP) in 1995.
While insuring over 6000 wells Transpac has maintained relentless customer service standards and has demonstrated the underwriting discipline and organizational stewardship defining Transpac as a steady and stable partner for our clients and companies.
